The centre features a 6,750 sq. ft. state-of-the-art gymnasium featuring strength and conditioning equipment, therapy with 8 treatment beds treatment rooms , hydrotherapy pools with both hot and cold water spa tanks, locker rooms, meeting rooms set up for team meetings and video analysis, cafeteria, dining lounge, and three double occupancy bedroom suites.
The building includes 5 suites, gymnasium, medical facility, plunge pools, professional locker rooms, administration and conference rooms along with a cafeteria.
